This Software License Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between CloudRAT ("Licensor" or "we") and you ("Licensee" or "you") for the use of the CloudRAT analytics platform and associated services.
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use the CloudRAT platform through the internet for the duration of the subscription period.

The RAT SDK is distributed under the MIT License. Licensee may use, modify, and distribute the SDK subject to the terms of the MIT License available at https://github.com/wenesay/rat
When integrating the RAT SDK:
CloudRAT, including all software, algorithms, user interfaces, and documentation, is owned by Licensor and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to Licensee.
Licensee retains ownership of data uploaded to or generated through the CloudRAT platform. By using the service, Licensee grants Licensor a limited license to process and store this data for the purpose of providing the service.
Any feedback, suggestions, or improvements provided by Licensee may be used by Licensor without restriction or compensation.
CloudRAT is offered under various subscription plans. Current pricing is ₹500 per month for up to 9 projects, plus a one-time ₹1 luck fee. Pricing is subject to change with notice.
A 14-day free trial is available for new users. During the trial, all features are available subject to fair usage limits.
Payments are due in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. Late payments may result in service suspension.
Licensor processes personal data in accordance with applicable laws and the Privacy Policy. Licensee is responsible for ensuring compliance with data protection laws in their use of the service.
Licensor implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect Licensee data. However, Licensee acknowledges that no system is completely secure and that Licensor, as an individual developer, cannot guarantee absolute protection against all security threats.
Licensee may request export of their project data for a fee of ₹500 per project. Data export is limited to the most recent 36 months of analytics data. Export requests must be submitted in writing and may take up to 30 days to process. Licensor reserves the right to deny export requests that could compromise system security or violate applicable laws.
Licensor warrants that the service will perform substantially as described in the documentation. This is the only warranty provided.
Except as expressly provided above, the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Licensor disclaims all other warranties, express or implied.
Licensor's liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid by Licensee in the 12 months preceding the claim. As an individual developer, Licensor shall not be liable for any damages exceeding this amount under any circumstances.
Licensor is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, even if Licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This exclusion applies regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise).
Licensee is solely responsible for backing up their data. Licensor is not liable for any data loss, corruption, or unavailability due to service issues, security breaches, or any other cause. Licensee assumes all risk of data loss.
Licensee agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Licensor (the individual developer), Licensor's agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, suits, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) Licensee's use of the service; (b) Licensee's violation of this Agreement; (c) Licensee's violation of any applicable laws or regulations; (d) Licensee's infringement of any third-party intellectual property rights; (e) any content, data, or materials submitted by Licensee; or (f) any dispute between Licensee and any third party. Licensee agrees that Licensor has the right to control the defense of any such claim at Licensee's expense.
The Service is primarily provided in English. However, Licensor strives to support multiple languages including major Indian languages (Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Bengali, Marathi, Gujarati, Odia, Punjabi) and international languages (Spanish, French, German, Chinese, Japanese, Arabic). Language support is provided on a best-effort basis and may not be available for all features or regions. Licensee acknowledges that translations may not be perfect and that the English version of this Agreement shall prevail in case of any discrepancies or legal disputes.
This Agreement commences on the date Licensee first uses the service and continues until terminated.
Either party may terminate this Agreement. Licensor may terminate for cause, including breach of terms or non-payment.
Upon termination, Licensee's access ceases. Licensor may retain data as required by law.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements.
If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
Licensor may amend this Agreement with reasonable notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
